Cut me/others off: This dude decided that ppl doing ten over the speed limit were moving also slow so he chose to overtake extremely dangerously in the parking lane myself & two other cars in a torrential downpour. Driving a minivan it's safe to assume this dude has kids. Hopefully he doesn't operate like that when they are in the vehicle.
