This VAN was parked away beyond the curb at the corner of Reese & Wayne Ave. near Seaside school. I encounter this at least one time a week, & can't understand the selfish individuals who do it. There are above seven hundred parents picking up children here, & a lot of us have to shift right at this stop sign. It is difficult & dangerous to attempt to obtain around u when u are hanging out previous the corner! Apparently u are not thinking in regards anybody however yourself, & it doesn't occur to u that individuals have to shift around you. It is as well ILLEGAL!! Please don't do it again.
