  • It appears that in Idaho, it is okay to operate thirty MPH in a seventy five MPH section despite other states where it is considered dangerous to operate away enough below the speed limit that u have few vehicles behind u attempting to pass however cannot safely do so as a result of accelerating from thirty MPH to seventy five MPH in enough time to bypass having a wreck with traffic moving the posted speed limit is almost impossible. If u are afraid to operate seventy five MPH, operate on the side streets rather of using the higher speed Interstate Highway System. You may not obtain a ticket for moving so slow however that doesn't mean that what ur doing is legal either safe driving.
