  • Facts: S T O P S, then twists on main thoroughfare. Time: 7:45 AM. You was moving out Portland Street across the Portland Street bridge. At the bottom of the bridge, u made a right turn. In order to make ur right, u stopped completely on the main road & then continued to make ur turn. Is there all reason why u have to stop a entire line of vehicles behind u just so u can make a right turn? The road was wide enough that u could have easily moved above to the right of the lane if u was not certain in regards turning there.
